Extrem Solar Integrated Hi-Pressure EHPF

The ExtremSolar EHPF integrated solar water heater includes a high-quality storage tank built for durability and long-lasting performance. Its inner tank is coated with advanced vitreous enamel technology, fused to solid steel at high temperature to create a smooth, strong surface that resists corrosion from hot water and chemicals. This makes it particularly well suited for hard water conditions like those in Mauritius.

The outer casing is made from stainless steel (SS316) for added strength and protection against external elements and corrosion. To improve energy efficiency, the tank is insulated with 50mm CFC-free polyurethane foam between the inner and outer walls, helping retain heat for longer, reduce heat loss, and lower energy consumption.

To further protect against corrosion, each tank is equipped with a magnesium sacrificial anode rod — a proven solution that helps extend the lifespan of the unit.

The water heater is supplied with a low-profile aluminum alloy frame and one or two 2 m² flat plate collectors (model FPC200P), depending on the tank capacity. Each collector features an absorber area of 1.85 m² to ensure efficient solar energy absorption.

The unit is also equipped with a back-up electric booster system, including a 1.5 kW heating element), together with an adjustable mechanical thermostat ensuring reliable and long-lasting performance.

These water heaters can be installed on both flat and sloped roofs.
